The primary challenge was to develop a flexible solution capable of adapting to evolving business strategies and generating payouts for employees across 52 different roles in various business segments. Additionally, the dynamic nature of business rules, changing quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly, added complexity to the requirement. ### Solution In response to the client's challenges, we devised a comprehensive solution leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies. A web-based platform was implemented, featuring user-friendly interfaces for all modules including Role Master, Role-Parameter-Target Master, SoP Process, Score-card, Search-Your-Business, and Upload Controls. This solution not only addressed the immediate needs of performance evaluation but also provided scalability and adaptability to accommodate future changes in business strategies and regulations. ### IMPACTS #### Strong Template-based Process Ensures fulfilment of SoP documents in Performance Measurement. #### Adept at Handling Business Dynamics The system administrator can define or modify various roles and schemes to align with changing business requirements and strategies. #### User-friendly System Despite complexity, many modules are automated, requiring minimal manual intervention #### Efficient Process The time required for end-to-end operation of order generation has been vastly minimized.
